I have a small entertainment app that i need to test for AUDIO in/out.

It records audio and play it back. Also it has some predefined sounds.

Now I face the problem, that it works fine on my iPhone, but a friend
with an iPod Touch 1stgen, without speaker, says he can not hear even
on his headphone anything (also i can hear fine on my iPhone by headphone)

That have to be tested .. and also on a iPod touch 2gen, if the user can
record by his headphone Mic!

I would like to release asap, so would be nice when you are interested, you

AdXplore is a dual purpose app. Normal [basic] users can search by virtural location in layers like AdXplore, 4grabs, up4grabs, google, YouTube, Yelp, Twitter, Wikipedia, ThirstyPocket, Oodle, ect.

Registered users can post geo-located news, blogs, streetArt and wifi resources, ect. in 4grabs and offer things for sale or for free in up4grabs.

This app also operates as a sales agent's tool for selling Location-Based advertising to local businesses.

The Location-Based ads will be distributed by a new LB ad network called adXplorer through an ad SDK available on the iPhone and android platforms.

Office Combat looks a lot like a tower defense game, but plays like a strategy game.

The game is played between two players. Each player has a playfield with a base and several money producing squares. The object of the game is to defend your base while simultaneously attacking the other players base.

The game plays out as a series of 20 second turns (generally 10 turns or so) which can be taken asynchronously. This means that the players take their turns when they can, and only after both turns have been played does the system show the resulting action for that turn. This is a great casual strategy game!

How do I use it?

Send a message to the world out there (this is your broadcast message).

In a random way, someone out there will read your message. Then you will initiate a conversation with that particular someone for the lifetime of your "conversation".
A periodic replies fetching will be done on your idle time.

If you don't have anything in your mind, retrieve a new message, reply, and start a conversation.

You can remove or clear your existing ones to start fresh. You can also keep your conversation forever to enable future conversations with that particular someone.

Is this a chat application?

No, this is a "messenger" application. It's not a real-time or live chat app.
You're communicating with somebody out there, in a similar way if you're using SMS or email, but it's simpler.

Why the "Prompter" number is inconsistent or dynamic ?

The Prompter number is dynamic according to the date of the message.
It could not be unique, because you may clear all of your messages on the server, and start new.
In this case, your connection with him/her is lost.
So, you could only rely on your conversation, not identity.

Would my messages be lost, when I delete the app?

If you delete the app, and reinstall, then "Sync" will allow you to retrieve your past conversations.
This is possible, as long as you haven't cleared your messages on the server (accessible in the conversation screen).

Anything extra?

Open Settings app on your iPhone/iPod Touch to modify color theme, and to enable/disable sound effects.

You are the leader of a small group of ancient tribe members from different eras of our worlds history. The main goal is to guide the little guys safely to their home. As the tribe members trust you blindly they will follow every way you shown/create for them.

Guiding the tribe members through the levels layout to their home can be managed by drawing new ways your finger.
To start a new way touch anywhere into the screen - move the finger to the point where the way will end and release it. Each new way (a maximum of 8 at once) will only exist for several seconds, so a good timing and some stratetic descisions are needed. You have to avoid deadly areas like lava or spikes and falling-to-deep deaths. With some luck all the little guys will reach the exit safely. But you only need to rescue a pre-defined number of guys per level for a success (visible in the left/center area of the screen).

This beta is actually for two applications that work together. A Multi-Player game forum application called "Coliseum" and the first game designed for the forum, "Backgammon". Beta-testers will need to install and test both applications as part of the beta.


Coliseum is a social gaming environment for the iPhone. It combines the concepts of Internet Messaging and turn-based games creating a multi-player gaming experience for users that seamlessly integrates with the busy lives of iPhone users.

Coliseum maintains a user's participation and position in a game allowing the user to flit in and out of the game throughout the day to play as time allows. Coliseum alerts users via push notification, when it is "their turn" in the game. Users may be a participate in multiple games submit plays when time allows. Coliseum can support an endless number of games that are either "Turn-based" or designed to handle temporary offline of players.

All Coliseum games are independent iPhone applications that integrate with Coliseum. Each game is sold separately via the AppStore. The Coliseum application provides users with a list of available games along with an AppStore links for easy installation. Coliseum integrates with games when they are installed on the iPhone and run for the first time.





Coliseum is integrated with Google GTalk and functions as a native GTalk iPhone client. Integration with GTalk allows Coliseum users to:

AudioView is an audio organizer and analytic tool for mobile music makers and everybody wanting to visualize their music. It displays the wave form and duration of the audio track in a nice and clean list. Touching the wave form drills down to the play screen where the audio is being played. In the play screen the magnitude spectrum is shown together with the wave form. Both the real time spectrum and an additional 1 s averaged spectrum are plotted. After one play cycle the total averaged spectrum is added to the display.

Stereo audio samples can be imported/exported via wifi. Mp3, ma5, wav and aif are supported and are converted to 16 bit wav format.

This is a turn-based 3D spell duel game. After creating your player and customizing your appearance, you choose one of three play modes:
1) Head to head (same device duel against someone else)
2) VS AI (Play against an AI opponent)
3) Online Player vs Player

The online mode will let you find players all over the world and duel against them over the net. Each duel you play will earn you experience points and you will level up over time, becoming tougher and more powerful.

When you duel, you can use either play as a Naturalist or as an Arcanist. Description:

The tale of Vlad, the mad scientist that created a weather machine to help his brother Peter. When designing this machine, the often too hasty and overzealous Vlad, made some rather dangerous mistakes:

* The machine gets its energy automatically from sheep wool. Under other circumstances that would be brilliant but Vlad decided to turn on the machine near a big flock of sheep causing his beautiful system to overload.

* The machine doesn't have an off button

If Peter isn't quick enough to flock the sheep into the farmhouse, the weather machine, attracted by the great mass of wool, enters the field outside of their farmhouse and starts sucking the sheep off the ground. With each sucked up sheep the machine becomes more powerful and threatening to both Peter and the sheep. A side effect of the weather machine is that it alters the season after it has hovered over the field.

It's up to you to guide Peter in his effort to flock the sheep into the farmhouse.

Description:

Beam an Address Book contact, photo or text clip IPhone to IPhone over a Wi-Fi network. Also beam a clip between your IPhone and any Windows or Mac desktop using Wi-Fi. Beam a contact or send it over mail as a vCard, while specifying which fields to send (Home, Work, Private, Custom, etc.) No web account needed. iTunes sync not required.

Clip Zync makes it easy to beam from your desktop hard to type or long text clips to your favorite IPhone apps, such as text for a note taking app, registration numbers, and any other text you rather type on your desktop than through your IPhone's keyboard.

Simply install and run the free Clip Zync desktop program on your computer and leave it running in the background. Use the "Copy" option of your favorite desktop program to copy images or text to the computer's clipboard. (Clip Zync for desktop is free for a limited time).

On your IPhone, tap on the computer's name (under "Select remote clipboard") and then tap on "Get Clip". The clip is now on your IPhone and is shown in the "Local clipboard" section of the screen. You may now paste your clip in your other IPhone apps, as long as they are able to handle the clip's format and use the IPhone's "General Pasteboard" (typically most apps do).

Depending on the type of clip, you may tap on on it to save it to Photos, send it via Mail, or add it to your Address Book.

To get a clip from the Address Book, Camera or Photos app, swipe on the Local Clipboard When viewing an Address Book contact clip, make sure to select either "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact" to save the information.

To send a clip from your IPhone to another IPhone or to a desktop, use the "Copy" operation on any IPhone app that supports image or text copy to the "General Pasteboard". When you open Clip Zync, make sure that the clip is showing under the "Local clipboard" section. Alternatively, swipe on the clip shown under "Local clipboard" to get a clip from the Address Book, Camera or Photos.

Once the desired clip is showing under "Local clipboard", select the name of the IPhone or desktop (under "Remote clipboard") that will receive the clip and tap on "Send Clip".

It will let you add a new loan, and enter: a title for the loan, details about the loan, the loan amount, name of the loaner, and a date for the loan. It also will keep track of loans you are borrowing from other people, so you can compare how much you owe to how much you are owed. Usually one or more participants of the proposed meeting have to travel to the negotiated location. Travelling can lead to delays. Therefore it is a common practice that people renegotiate meeting arrangements or inform each other about being late by a phone call or text message.

Providing meeting participants with location-based information of each other can enhance the above-described process. The following scenario describes the proposed approach:

Peter and Ralph want to see a new movie at the Southbank cinemas in Brisbane. They both live in different suburbs and arranged to meet at the cinema 15 minutes before the movie. Peter arrives on time. Ralph, who has been caught up in traffic, starts the “Disposable Maps” application. He selects Ralph from his contact list for location sharing. Ralph receives a text message/email: “Hi Peter, Ralph want to share his location with you! Click Here to see where he is!” He clicks on the unique link and the phone’s web browser shows a map with Ralph’s up-to-date location coordinates. As Peter sees his location and thinks that Ralph will at least need 10 more minutes, he decides to buy the tickets and a few drinks so that they can enter the cinema straight away without further delays. After buying the tickets and drinks, Peter clicks on the link again and notices that Ralph is just around the corner. Both enter cinema on time and enjoy the movie.

Equalize your music by setting gain or cut on up to seven frequency bands.

Upload your music files via wifi (via web browser, no separate software needed!) to Equalizer and download equalized files for further processing or inclusion in your library.

Internal calculations are done in 64 bit floating point, the industry standard in digital sound processing. During conversion to 16 bit (CD quality) you have the option of dithering the sound to reduce artifacts and lower the noise level (noise shaping) both in real time while editing as well as when rendering the music file to disc. A control light warns you from over equalizing your audio. Use the pre-EQ volume slider to prevent clipping.

Best results are achieved if your music files are 44.1kHz sampling rate at 16 bit, the typical .wav format that corresponds to CD quality. Compressed file format support like ma4 and mp3 is planned for future updates.

Unfortunatly there is no direct access to the iTunes library on your device.

Word on the Street lets you leave notes wherever you are. You can also search for notes that other people have left nearby. You can rate locations, tag them, and share them with people, even if they don't have an iPhone.

Write whatever you like, as long as it's legal. Want to rate the restaurant or shop you're in? Do they do a Sunday buffet? Is the view nice where you're standing? Is this where they made your favourite movie? Can you rent a bike here? Is it part of a treasure hunt? Is it just a really cool place to be? Or does it suck? Do you wish you were somewhere else?
