WE WILL, post the TOS changes in our Announcements Forum, when ever a change
is made,

You also acknowledge that this is a Beta application, and as such we offer no
guarantees what so ever, written or implied. You are using it
at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible
for any loss or damage you may incur (physical, mental, or financial) do
to your
use of our system.
Furthermore, this site is NOT to be used for JailBroken apps!
iBetaTest is intended as a place for testing applications from
developers who are planning on publishing their apps on Apple's iTunes Store,
and as such it requires developers to have a developer's license
from Apple, since that's what it takes in order to provision
beta tester's mobile devices
to run the beta applications.
iBetaTest's MAIN priority is to ultimately help Apple Store to
contain better, and more useful apps (especially those that do not crash!).
Most importantly - NO explicit content or profanity of any kind is allowed,
including, but not
limited to: your
username, your profile,
applications you post etc.
Developers also agree they will NOT ask for money from beta testers
in order to accept them for beta testing their apps! Most beta testers
here want to genuinely help developers make better apps and they should
be paid / rewarded for their participation, NOT charged!
This is why there is a 100 testers limit. Out of 100, you will
always end up with a lot of quality beta testers, and those who do
not contribute can easily be kicked out of the beta and replaced
with others who do. NO EXTORTION WILL BE TOLERATED!
DEVELOPERS MUST NEVER IMPERSONATE
OTHER DEVELOPERS OR COMPANIES!
This means that one cannot
create a developer profile and impersonate a company he/she
is not part of! These accounts will be terminated immediately and
parties involved will be forever banned from using iBetaTest.com.
DEVELOPRS AGREE they will post only REAL applications
for beta testing. One cannot post IDEAS, rather real applications
in beta stage, so beta testers can download, install and test.
DEVELOPERS HAVE ONE WEEK MAX in order
to post their application files and let beta testers begin the testing
process from the day they publish the Beta on iBetaTest.com!
If no application has been uploaded within one week form the launch
beta testers deserve the right to report the developer
and
if delay is found unjustified it will result in removal of
the application
and possible suspension of developer privileges on iBetaTest.com.
We want real apps on the system, and you can have one week
to choose beta testers before you are required to upload
any files. In most cases, it takes less than 24 hours for open
beta tester spots to fill in. Usually, it takes even less.
We deserve the full right to remove any application, game,
user or developer from iBetaTest.com at our own discretion
and for any
reason, without any notice of such action.
If you do not agree with the above terms, PLEASE,
do not sign up!
If you break any rules, you'll loose access
to a great community of developers and testers.
